Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13th, 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country musician and singer whose tales of heartbreak in the early years achieved wide recognition in the beginning of the 20th century. Swift was interested in music since a young stage of her life. Swift quickly rose up the ranks, starting as a child actor and eventually singing in front of an audience of thousands. In 2011, Swift then 11, sang The Star-Spangled Banner during a Philadelphia 76ers basketball game. Following that, Swift began writing her own music. Swift was inspired to create her own music by the music of country genre such as Shania Twain or the Dixie Chicks. Swift relocated from Pennsylvania together with her parents, to Hendersonville, Tennessee when she was 13 years old to dedicate more time to contacting label representatives from the country genre.
